What will you do?

As the Global Service Engineering Manager, you will:

  • Lead quality assurance efforts across regional and global service operations.

  • The management of assets in our installed base to get the maximum performance out of it for our customer and for providing insight into customer asset base data to base strategic decisions on’.

  • Reliability and maintenance strategies development related to our installed base

  • Define and implement technical standards for service activities and documentation.

  • Collaborate with innovation and realization teams to integrate customer feedback.

  • Manage and enhance technical master data for consistent product and service quality.

  • Provide training and development materials for regional service teams.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on regional insights and feedback.

  • Lead a team of specialists, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction by monitoring and improving service deliverables.

Job requirements

Who should apply?

If you are a professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for technical excellence, we encourage you to apply. Ideal candidates have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.

  • At least 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role.

  • Strong proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and proficiency in understanding and applying of drawing conventions.

  • Knowledge of production methods and material applications.

  • Fluency in English and Dutch, and a willingness to travel internationally.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
