Job description
As the Customer Service Coordinator, you will manage both national and international customer requests, focusing on technical inquiries, help-desk support, organize site visits, project assistance, urgent breakdowns, and post-delivery complaints. You’ll review and coordinate incoming service requests, ensuring excellent preparation before service visits, and follow up on implementation.
Core responsibilities:
Handle and monitor the progress of service requests
Schedule, prepare, and coordinate service visits
Organize preventive machine maintenance
Implement product improvements after service visits
Ensure timely material supply on-site
Schedule service visits with customers and support technicians during visits
Close service requests, managing financial, logistical, and commercial aspects
Revise material lists after machine modifications based on customer requests
Provide written feedback to involved parties
Collaborate with sales, marketing, production, and R&D on product improvements
Maintain customer data in the CRM system
Job requirements
Experience & skills:
At least 3 years in a similar role
Fluent in English and preferably a second or third language
Strong drive for results, negotiation skills, and a solution-oriented mindset
Self-motivated, organized, and stress-resistant
Team player with strong communication skills
Basic commercial knowledge and CRM experience
Flexibility in managing multiple accounts
