Job description

As the Customer Service Coordinator, you will manage both national and international customer requests, focusing on technical inquiries, help-desk support, organize site visits, project assistance, urgent breakdowns, and post-delivery complaints. You’ll review and coordinate incoming service requests, ensuring excellent preparation before service visits, and follow up on implementation.

Core responsibilities:

  • Handle and monitor the progress of service requests

  • Schedule, prepare, and coordinate service visits

  • Organize preventive machine maintenance

  • Implement product improvements after service visits

  • Ensure timely material supply on-site

  • Schedule service visits with customers and support technicians during visits

  • Close service requests, managing financial, logistical, and commercial aspects

  • Revise material lists after machine modifications based on customer requests

  • Provide written feedback to involved parties

  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, production, and R&D on product improvements

  • Maintain customer data in the CRM system

Job requirements

Experience & skills:

  • At least 3 years in a similar role

  • Fluent in English and preferably a second or third language

  • Strong drive for results, negotiation skills, and a solution-oriented mindset

  • Self-motivated, organized, and stress-resistant

  • Team player with strong communication skills

  • Basic commercial knowledge and CRM experience

  • Flexibility in managing multiple accounts
