Position Summary

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the warehouse to ensure efficient goods flow, accurate inventory control, and high-quality service delivery. This role plays a critical part in meeting customer expectations for spare parts and supporting both internal and external stakeholders.

You will drive operational excellence by managing a team, improving processes, and collaborating closely with global warehouse colleagues.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

  • Manage, supervise, and support warehouse employees

  • Conduct performance reviews and development discussions

  • Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new team members

    Wearhouse Operations

  • Oversee receiving, storage, order picking, and shipping activities

  • Ensure smooth, efficient, and organized warehouse operations

  • Promote safe use and proper maintenance of equipment

Inventory Management

  • Maintain accurate inventory records (target: 98% accuracy)

  • Lead cycle counting and inventory control initiatives

  • Optimize stock levels and improve inventory turnover

Logistics & Customs Coordination

  • Coordinate with logistics providers to ensure timely shipment and delivery

  • Partner with customs brokers to facilitate efficient customs clearance

Process Improvement

  • Continuously identify and implement operational improvements

  • Enhance efficiency, cost control, and overall warehouse performance

Service Delivery

  • Ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of spare parts and service orders

  • Support the AMCAS region with high service standards

Job requirements

Qualifications & Skills

  • High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred

  • Experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or administrative support is a plus

  • Familiarity with customs processes and logistics coordination

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Excellent communication and listening abilities

  • Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently

  • Adaptable, detail-oriented, and sound decision-maker
