Your role

As a Technical Innovation Lead, you play a crucial role in the innovation process. You drive technical advancements within your specific industry by leading, creating, and supporting a dedicated team of specialists. Working closely with Engineering teams, you ensure that innovation projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all functional and quality requirements.

 

Your responsibilities

  • Identify the most valuable innovations, assemble the right team, define project scope, and ensure smooth execution.

  • Translate functional specifications into technical designs, oversee prototype development, and conduct field tests.

  • Lead a team of specialists, ensuring high-quality project execution and optimal resource allocation.

  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and technical documentation to maintain efficiency and transparency.

 

 

Job requirements

What you bring

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in Mechanical Engineering, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.

  • Experience in manufacturing, automation systems (Epicor/Inventor), and material technology.

  • Strong communication skills, problem-solving mindset, and a hands-on, solution-oriented approach.

  • Fluent in English (written & spoken).
