Join the Team as a Sales Support Manager!

As our Sales Support Manager, you'll embark on a thrilling journey of discovery and transformation. With a mandate to identify untapped markets and further develop our current markets & product offerings, you'll be at the forefront of AmbaFlex's expansion strategy. From inception to execution, you'll guide the entire lifecycle of product development, working hand-in-hand with engineers to tailor solutions to the unique needs of each market. Your role won't end with the sale—instead, you'll shepherd each innovation from conception to maturity, seamlessly integrating it into our portfolio of offerings. Your focus on logistics or primary packaging will drive our success as you navigate the complexities of the global market.

What You'll Do:

  • Manage, coach and support the Sales Support team in their daily activities to maximize customer and employee satisfaction
  • Commercially train, develop, and coach the Sales Support Engineers to interact with our customers is an essential part of your role
  • Optimization of our sales processes and systems to ensure delivered quality towards our customers and improve team efficiency
  • Act as a connector and business partner between the different departments within AmbaFlex

Job requirements

We are seeking a dynamic individual who combines a passion for leadership with a proven track record of 5 years' experience in commercial sales or related within a global organization. We are also require a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing Sales, or a related field. If you excel in leading and managing an internal sales support team, we want to hear from you!
