Your role as Product Engineer III

As a Product Engineer III, you will play a pivotal role in managing and executing several engineering projects simultaneously. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, contributing to the design and production of innovative products. This role combines technical leadership, mentoring, and hands-on engineering to deliver solutions that meet high standards.

What will you do?

  • Lead and coordinate several engineering projects, ensuring alignment across R&D, Operations, and other stakeholders.

  • Develop and refine detailed 3D product designs and oversee the process towards associated 2D production drawings, based on conceptual or base designs.

  • Ensure timely delivery of milestones.

  • Analyze solutions and weigh them against costs, presenting your findings during design reviews.

  • Contribute to improving work processes and ensuring compliance with standards.

  • Perform final checks on drawings from other engineers to ensure adherence to company standards.

  • Act as a mentor to junior engineers (PE I and II) and provide guidance during their projects.

  • Support Operations during the production of prototype or zero-series products.

Job requirements

What do you bring?

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

  • Minimum of 5 years in mechanical engineering, preferably in machine building or a related industry.

  • Proficient with Inventor and Vault (or similar tools). Familiarity with FEM analysis is a strong plus.

  • Ability to lead teams and guide complex projects.

  • Structured, confident, and capable of managing multiple stakeholders effectively.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally.
