Join the Team as Office Administrator Japan!  

This position will be a member of AmbaFlex Japan team and APAC finance team.  

Your role is to ensure that all finance and office administrative matters for the Japan company are diligently taken care of, including supporting activities for other departments.

 

What You'll Do:

·         Check, translate and forward sales invoices and shipment documents to Japanese customers.

·         Assist in collection of outstanding amounts at Japanese customers.

·         Process purchase and expenses claim invoices in the ERP system.

·         Communication with MUFG Bank, assist in performing payments locally, update the bank Passbook.

·         Assist in Tax consultation and payment

·         Assist in legal case processing locally (Using company stamp etc)

·         Assist in onboarding process and arrange mobile phone, business cards and credit card.

·         Handle inbound post/mail and distribute amongst (foreign) colleagues.

·         Assist in HR and Tax related matters by communication and cooperating with BDO HR/Tax.

·         Other supporting administrative (ad hoc) work.

Job requirements

Who Should Apply?

Who we are looking for is:

·         Fluent in English, Japanese, both oral and written. Can speak Chinese will be plus

·         Strong drive with a hands-on, structured and accurate working style.

·         Quick learner, team player with good communication and coordination skills

·         1-2 years working experience in Finance.

·         Familiar with ERP system

·         Must be self-motivated, highly organized detailed.
