Join the Team as Spare parts assistant!  

As a spare parts assistant, it is your role to handle spare parts requests, where no on-site support is required. This includes to manage the spare parts supply to the customer. In addition, you assist the customer service team in case spare parts preparation assistance is required.

You are the liaison between AmbaFlex, and the customer concerning spare parts supply and provide advice on parts to the customer. We have three levels of spare parts assistants. Each level builds upon the previous level.

 

What You'll Do:

 

·         Handle incoming requests and orders to the spare parts team within set KPI’s.

·         Provide Recommended Spare Parts Lists (RSPL) after machine sales.

·         Assistance of customer service team with spare part preparation as required.

·         Liaison between AmbaFlex and the customer concerning spare part supply.

·         Timely and correctly processing, checking, and closing requests and orders.

·         Work cost efficient.

·         Provide input on processes to improve the quality of the customer support.

·         Proactively follow up on quotations and convert opportunities into sales.

We’re looking for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering exceptional customer experiences.

·         Junior college and above education.

·         Administrative skills.

·         Ability to work with CRM and ERP systems.

·         Focus on cost efficient handling.

·         High customer empathy (incl. active listening).

·         Work structured and according to procedures.

·         Team work with good communication skills
