Join the Team as Service Account Manager Japan!
As Service Account Manager (SAM), You will be the key interface for customer service activities between AmbaFlex and our customers, prospects and business partners. You are proactively selling AmbaFlex service and develop business by selling service contracts. With your strategic vision you advise the customer with our different service levels of support. Besides that, you will handle service requests by preparing and monitoring the execution of these requests. You will implement structural improvements on processes and products to increase productivity and customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do:
Sales execution
Key interface for customers regarding to AmbaFlex Installed base
Proactively selling life cycle service contracts
Build close working relationships with our customers
Make sure that assets of our installed base are known to AmbaFlex in relation to the customer and the service requirements, including the required documents to support the delivered solution
Provide excellent after sales support, by ensuring that service products are developed
Processes
Execute, develop and improve the customer service processes and related systems & tools that contribute improving customer satisfaction
Active management of stock control
Customer satisfaction
Act as a liaison between AmbaFlex sales, production and customer service
Monitor and follow up on service requests
Account managementv
Strategic execution
Provide input for the Global Customer Service objectives and strategy
Apply and execute the Global Customer Service strategic pland and installed base business plan
Report on service activities
Job requirements
Who Should Apply?
We’re looking for a sales-driven, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering exceptional customer experiences.
· Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent
· Minimum 5 years of experience in service sales or similar role
· Strategical account management experience
· Data driven with analytical skills
· Communicating on senior management level
· Experience in process improvement, development and implementation
· Experience in material handling industry and packaging/logistics industry is a pre
· Experience with ERP and CRM (MS Dynamics 365 is a pre)
· Fluently in English.
