Internal Account Manager EMEA (French required)
Based in Jucu, Romania

The Sales Support Team in EMEA has built a strong foundation, fostering business within a loyal customer base in the 'Packaging' and 'Logistics' material handling markets. With your commercial mindset and drive, you’ll play a key role in supporting our customers, optimizing sales, and contributing to excellent customer experiences.

As an Internal Account Manager, you’ll act as a trusted advisor for our customers, collaborating with Area Sales Managers (ASM) to manage opportunities, prepare quotations, and process orders. You’ll be the first point of contact for your accounts, ensuring they receive top-notch support.

Your Responsibilities

·        Serve as the primary contact for assigned customers, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction with our solutions.

·        Collaborate with Area Sales Managers (ASM) to follow up on leads, prepare quotations, and process orders efficiently.

·        Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to enhance customer value.

·        Oversee contract negotiations and renewals, ensuring alignment with company guidelines.

·        Address customer issues and resolve them promptly or escalate to the appropriate teams.

·        Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights.

·        Ensure all customer interactions comply with quality and regulatory standards.

·        Report sales performance, customer interactions, and provide actionable insights to the team.

Job requirements

Who Are You?

We’re looking for a sales-driven, proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys delivering exceptional customer experiences.

·        Holds a Bachelor’s Degree (preferred but not required with equivalent experience).

·        Has a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales or account management, ideally in the logistics or packaging industry.

·        Is fluent in French (required) and English; additional languages are an advantage.

·        Has strong negotiation and communication skills, with a focus on results.

·        Is proactive, well-organized, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

·        Thrives in a dynamic environment, solving problems with a customer-first attitude.

·        Is a team player with a commercial mindset and experience working in international environments.

·        Proficiency in CRM systems and familiarity with sales tools is a plus.
