At AmbaFlex, we’re looking for a Global Spare Part Account Manager who’s eager to take ownership of our global spare part sales strategy, strengthen key relationships, and help drive our service organization to the next level. This role is all about combining commercial focus with operational excellence — ensuring customers around the world get the parts they need, when they need them.

What will you do?

As our Global Spare Part Account Manager, you will:

  • Manage global spare part sales, ensuring growth through smart strategies and strong account focus.

  • Build lasting relationships with regional teams and key customers across the globe.

  • Ensure our spare part offering (assortment, pricing, availability) is aligned with customer needs and market trends.

  • Develop strategic account plans and monitor performance with a data-driven approach.

  • Optimize the global spare parts supply chain in collaboration with internal stakeholders.

  • Monitor customer satisfaction and translate insights into action.

  • Act as the central point of contact for everything related to spare part sales and service support.

Who should apply?

If you’re a commercially driven professional who thrives in a dynamic, international setting, we’d love to hear from you. The ideal candidate brings:

  • At least 5 years of experience in account management, preferably in a technical or service-related environment

  • Strong analytical and strategic skills, with a pragmatic, can-do mindset

  • Solid knowledge of ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, etc.)

  • A proactive approach to relationship building and performance tracking

  • Fluency in English and Dutch

  • Willingness to travel internationally when needed
