As our Global Industry Manager, you'll embark on a thrilling journey of discovery and transformation. With a mandate to identify untapped markets and further develop our current markets & product offerings, you'll be at the forefront of AmbaFlex's expansion strategy. From inception to execution, you'll guide the entire lifecycle of product development, working hand-in-hand with engineers to tailor solutions to the unique needs of each market. Your role won't end with the sale—instead, you'll shepherd each innovation from conception to maturity, seamlessly integrating it into our portfolio of offerings. Your focus on logistics or primary packaging will drive our success as you navigate the complexities of the global market.

What You'll Do:

• Lead the charge in identifying market trends and penetrating new markets, leveraging your expertise to uncover opportunities for growth and innovation.
• Translation of strategy into business cases and plans
• Lead and motivate a team of Business Development Managers and Engineers, collaborating closely with both regional sales management and engineering teams to drive growth and design cutting-edge solutions tailored to the specific requirements of each market.
• Promote your creations in the field, engaging with clients to understand their challenges and presenting tailored solutions that address their needs.
• Navigate the complexities of international business, building relationships with key stakeholders and driving expansion into new territories.
• Shape the future of industry as you transform ideas into reality, guiding each innovation from concept to commercialization.

Who Should Apply?

We are seeking two dynamic individuals who combines a passion for business development with a proven track record in both innovation and market expansion. If you excel in identifying and penetrating new markets and have a strong passion for sales, along with a deep understanding of logistics or primary packaging, we want to hear from you. Strategic thinking and the ability to build relationships are key to this role. While fluency in Dutch is preferred, it is not mandatory. What matters most is your capability to drive results and make a significant impact.
