As our Global Business Controller, you'll play a crucial role in driving AmbaFlex's financial performance and operational excellence. From monitoring key performance indicators to providing critical insights to management and the board, your expertise will be instrumental in shaping AmbaFlex's success. Whether it's developing performance management systems, analyzing trends and opportunities, or leading risk management initiatives, you'll be at the forefront of driving change and ensuring AmbaFlex's continued growth and success.

What You'll Do:

• Develop and implement performance management systems to monitor financial and non-financial performance metrics.
• Provide insights to management and the board on company, sector, department, and chain performance, including the connection between financial and non-financial information.
• Drive the yearly financial planning cycle and contribute to the development of business cases and budget proposals.
• Lead initiatives to bridge the gap between budget/planning and realization on financial and operational performance.
• Maintain a robust risk management system, including setting risk appetite, maintaining risk registers, and organizing risk management workshops.
• Increase the level of awareness of management and the board on the financial and non-financial performance of the company, sectors, departments, and customer chains.

Place in the Organization:

You'll report directly to the CFO, working closely with stakeholders across the organization to drive AmbaFlex's financial stewardship and operational excellence.
