Role Overview:

As a Business Development Manager at AmbaFlex, you'll play a crucial role in driving growth in the Turkish market. Your primary responsibilities will include generating leads, pursuing sales opportunities, and closing deals with OEM’s and Integrators operating within logistics, packaging, and beverage industries. You'll also be tasked with developing strategic plans for market expansion, conducting thorough market research, and building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate the Turkish market and achieve revenue targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify key competitors, market trends, and growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Attend industry events and networking opportunities to expand professional network.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement marketing campaigns tailored to the Turkish audience.
  • Provide regular reports on business development activities and sales performance.

Job requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in economics, engineering, or equivalent business experience;
  • 5-8 years of relevant experience in Business to Business capital equipment or technical components sales;
  • Proficiency in English and Turkish (additional languages are a plus);
  • Strong acquisition, selling, and negotiation skills;
  • Living in Turkey;
  • Technical knowledge or background with senior consultative selling skills;
  • Experience within the packaging industries, logistics and e-commerce;
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Dynamics;
  • Ability to travel extensively within Turkey and occasionally to HQ in The Netherlands.
