Job description

At AmbaFlex, we are the global market leader in spiral conveyor solutions. We deliver innovative systems worldwide with production and engineering sites in Zwaag, Shanghai, Canton and Jucu, — ensuring that everything flows effortlessly.

Our technology is constantly evolving, and so is our documentation. Clear, accurate and up-to-date technical documentation is essential for our customers, our service teams and our future growth.

You will join a growing Technical Writing team and contribute directly to building and maintaining a future-proof documentation database.

What you’ll do

In this role, you will:

  • Create, update and manage technical documentation for machines and customer projects

  • Ensure all documentation is accurate, consistent and written in clear English

  • Work with templates and structured documentation formats within our new documentation system

  • Support the migration to a topic-based single-source documentation setup (CCMS)

  • Collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders across Engineering, Technology, R&D and Production

  • Be involved in projects from early development stage through to final product release

  • Maintain documentation for products, options and configurations across all global sites

  • Improve documentation processes and proactively identify gaps or inconsistencies

  • Support continuous innovation by documenting new machine developments and updates
