At AmbaFlex, we’re looking for a Full Stack Engineer to help us take our internal tools to the next level. In this hybrid role, you’ll work on both front-end usability and backend database architecture - making a direct impact on our global Sales Operations team.

This is not your average development role. You’ll be maintaining and improving existing tools, while also developing new sales applications and customer interfaces from scratch. You’re the type of developer who wants ownership, works independently, and brings structure and clarity to fast-moving projects.

What will you do?

As our Full Stack Engineer, you will:

  • Develop and improve internal web-based applications for sales and operations.

  • Maintain and enhance database applications with a strong focus on usability and performance.

  • Work closely with our external development partner to ensure continuity and innovation.

  • Manage the frontend interface of our internal tools.

  • Create and optimize APIs for machine configuration and customer portals.

  • Take full ownership of your product features from design to development and deployment.

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders in Sales Operations, IT, and external teams.

Job requirements

Who should apply?

We’re looking for a medior or senior developer who is both technically capable and communicative. You’ll thrive here if you’re proactive, solution-oriented, and comfortable working independently.

You bring:

  • Experience with JavaScript and Python.

  • Experience with RESTful APIs (preferably Flask or FastAPI).

  • Frontend skills with React or Angular.

  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps and Agile/Scrum practices.

  • Experience with relational databases (MS SQL).

  • Strong communication skills and a structured way of working.

  • A collaborative attitude and the confidence to voice your ideas.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in small or mid-sized companies.

  • Interest in user-focused design and internal tooling.

  • Familiarity with B2B sales processes and quoting tools.
